Municipal solid waste is any trash you would have in your home. hazardous waste includes liquid paints, asbestos, or sharps like needles. Please read below to see what we do and don’t accept at our facility
Hazardous waste
We do not accept hazardous waste at our facility including:
materials containing asbestos
batteries
chemicals (antifreeze, oils, gasoline, or combustible liquids)
explosives and pyrotechnic devices (air bags)
fluorescent light bulbs containing PCBs
Gas, compressed or pressurized cylinders not satisfactorily opened (propane tanks)
flammable transformers, equipment, or materials
radioactive material and equipment
televisions and computer monitors
kegs
